A service will be refunded if the customer hasn’t been contacted within 24 hours of purchase. If the customer has been contacted within 24 hours of purchase but hasn’t used the service within 7 days of purchase the customer will be refunded. If the customer hasn’t used the service and request a refund the customer will be refunded. These are the only circumstances under which a customer is eligible for a refund. The customer can contact Maths Support for a refund for any reason but a refund will be issued at Maths Support discretion. A refund should be with the customer 3-5 business days after a refund approval.
